M. Pharm in Pharmacy Practice

Overview

The Pharmacy practice department providing services to individual patients to optimize therapeutic outcomes (help patients get the most benefit from their medications) and detect and prevent costly medication problems, patient counseling, drug information center services, pharmacovigilance, clinical research in disease management, community outreach program and continuing pharmacy education program. The department also involved in pharmaceutical care, pharmacogenomics and translational research.

Eligibilty for Admission

  • Should have passed B.Pharmacy Degree with 55% marks from any recognized university or any other institute equivalent to university is eligible to pursue M.Pharm program.
  • The candidate passed UG Degree course other than the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R Medical University, Chennai has to obtain Eligibility Certificate from Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R Medical University, Chennai.
